The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to become part of our recruitment team and contribute to our growth. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, creating a pipeline of strong candidate profiles, and selecting the most qualified candidates for each role through interviews and selection techniques, including screening calls and assessments. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will leverage several software products to help manage these processes and increase productivity. This is a fully remote position, you can be based in any location in LATAM. 

The Job

Your qualifications and experience

Must have

  • 5+ years of recruitment full-cycle experience for software and product development staffing needs
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage dynamic priorities, resources, and time demands.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Proven experience in the use of LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced English.
  • Experience in management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana, or others)
  • Knowledge of G-Suite.
