The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a dedicated team within one of our key client's projects. In this role, you will contribute significantly to both frontend and backend development initiatives, ensuring that solutions meet and surpass the strategic objectives. This position offers a great chance to influence the user interface and experience while working closely with the team and client.
What you'll be doing
- Implement frontend solutions using React and Next.js, aligning with client specifications and timelines.
- Implement backend solutions using Node.js and Nest.js APIs.
- Develop responsive, scalable frontend components and optimize performance.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with the client to ensure project alignment.
- Work on building products from scratch, contributing to architectural decisions.
Your qualifications and experience
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on frontend technologies
- Expert-level knowledge of React and Next.js
- Expert-level knowledge of Node and Nest.js
- Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, MobX, or React Context)
- Experience with modern CSS techniques and preprocessors
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Knowledge of AWS services, particularly related to frontend hosting and CDN
- Proven track record of contributing to products built from scratch
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with GraphQL and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch for search optimization
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and AWS Lambda
